I have visited the site, overall project is good but will take time for complete handover of the community and with most of the villas almost 80% complete one can surely look for them if they are planning in the next 6 month's. Sales Manager Venkat was helpful and explained the project in detail. However the price seems to be little high for the location and can consider if anyone wants a green and peaceful place to live in.

We began to search for Villa just a few days go and in a short time we came to know about Urban life...We just loved the overall project, quality of construction and our interactions with Venkat Garu and other employees (Jitendar Garu, Usha Garu and Pradeep Garu) has just been a pleasure, they truly know what a customer satisfaction means...Me and My brother are proud to soon become part of Urban Life family...

Pathetic visit coordinated by Mr Venkat Reddy. Overall, the project poses a very dismal outlook. Typically of any builder, the landscape work, and club work has been relegated to the last. It is far far away from any kind of your daily needs. The executive just couldn't convince me of having decent amenities inside the complex. There was nobody to receive us despite prior information. We saw the whole sample villa ourselves without anyone explaining us. Prices are steep given the location and amenities. If you want to go towards Gandipet, you have to take a long detour. Security is bad. Nobody noted my name, number etc. There is hardly any space between boundary wall and rear walls of the villas. The servant quarter is a pigeon hole and can well serve as a punishment to your servant or driver. Bad planning! I wish I could click a few pics, but we were so put off by the end of this ordeal that we simply walked away.
