Water has to be stored every day morning! Two watchmen one for day and one for night Maintainance wise it's pathetic.. already two bores were digged that's what we came to know..one got failed in the beginning later the other one was also failed some how water tanker are called and the water is stored and later that water is used for daily purposes...water has to be stored in the tanks in each flats small tanks has to be fixed in the flats on the top particular bathrooms apart from this two wheeler parking is alotted for every flat car parking is optional sufficient place is there in backyard of the apartment... NEGATIVE POINTS: 1)WATER HAS TO BE STORED 2)CAR PARKING POSTIVE POINTS : 1) SUITABLE FLATS FOR A SMALL FAMILY AND WATER IS ALSO SUFFICIENT 2)CHANCE FLAT FOR A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY 3)AROUND 20-23L A DECENT FLATS ARE PROVIDED 4) apartment is on the main road 5)in the city budget flat 6)bus stop just besides the main gate of the apartment ------
