Well,The staff here are so good and polite towards the Customer .They are so responsive to the issues/complaints raised by the Customer.The service is good but the only thing is that they consume lots of time and they keeps on waiting the Customer and there is a delay in reporting to the Customer about the confirmation of the problem. Therefore I request your service agents to inform about the estimated time to the customer.Rather than this everything is good and well maintained

Customer Lounge can be better. No one was available to offer Coffee/Tea to the Customer. I felt like visiting a Government Office.

Volvo service station located in Miyapur doesn’t even know whether their phones are working or not I went to service station as no one was responding they dint take my car instead they told they are very busy with other cars to take a prior appointment they should realise wether their phones are working or not I donno how they are managing with this kind of staff someone should take this to Saketh Talwar to take action on this kind of people who can’t respond or bother towards the customers anyways very good keep it up with this kind of services you provide I need to wait for 5 more days not to give my car when it’s on due date of the service kindly you only tell ous when your appointments get over then you can come and take my car absolutely ridiculous
