“HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE” Disappointed by the way they handle and treat their customers. Never had such difficult time resolving a problem with any other dealership. It’s been 8 months since I’ve given my car (XC90 T8) for service, They still have not delivered my car due to floods caused in 2020 and are still not able to resolve the problem. I have never see such bad customer service, they don’t respond to customer calls or messages and don’t seems to have any reasonable response to resolve the problem.

Worst dealer. Mr.Summit pasi is trust worthy dealer and has no proper work shop waste dealer. And I don't know how the Volvo Company choosen him as dealer and no proper check how they have accepted to open the work shop in such a nasty area and there is no proper quality check from Volvo Company. And Moulika is disqualified person as a CEO. She don't even know how to speak with the customer. She thinks she is owner of volvo company and shouts on customers no proper comunication skills and the way she speakes as a low class person. How they have selected her as a CEO she is unfit for dealership. Very very bad dealer and CEO. People who ever like the Volvo car Please dont buy from krishna they sell but they don't serve you proper
