Took a cake from Zoeys 2 years back. Then, itself, the experience was pretty unsatisfactory. Customisation that was clearly communicated was not done. When we insisted on it during delivery, Mrs. Poonam stormed inside and graced us with her \expertise\ in the form of a shoddy figurine. Cake had black marks, and the finish was rough, almost seeming as if it was home made. Still, decided to order here again as the taste was decent, but received either rude replies or dead silence. Decided to take my business to the cake room who were much more responsive and professional. I would urge anybody looking for a custom cake to pass on this establishment whose glory days are long gone.

Worst taste. Road side bakery shops will have better taste than this. Price is too high. Look at the below images the color I have confirmed vs the color they made it. Clearly They have color blindness. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

I have ordered two cakes . Both were buttercream custom made cakes.. First of all to get the orders confirmed it took me multiple phone calls, texts for 5 days! after reading all the reviews, I thought the taste would blow my mind. But honestly the taste was just like a regular bakery cake. Nothing extraordinary. Regarding the design , I’m definitely not happy because of the finishing . It’s so flawed . So many holes in the buttercream icing . As an ace baker anyone would expect a near perfect finishing . I’m thoroughly dissatisfied.

I had reached out to enquire about a birthday cake and cake smash for my daughter’s first birthday and provided a theme that we were looking for. I followed up via phone and text messages with the person on desk, and was assured Designs would follow. Date/time was committed on the call. It’s very in for unprofessional and unfortunate that timeline and responsiveness has been extremely poor. I am not going to recommend the place to anyone for that reason. Sure, the cakes might be great but as a work ethic, as a bare minimum would expect responsiveness per your own committed timelines.

Third time we are getting a birthday cake from Zoey's bakehouse. They always come thru, cake looks awesome and tastes great - light, airy and not too sweet.
