Totally professional. Can get any part for anything from swimmg pools to arrosage, large installation suppliers or for home. Extremely professional advice given to those not in the trade by VERY knowledgeable staff. And yes they don't have the time to give over the phone prices this is normal for a professional establishment of this type. It's not a DIY store! Also English is spoken here.
