I went here after several shops couldn't or wouldn't fix my 1967 Coates tire machine pneumatic cylinder. Craig and his employees did a great job repairing this cylinder for me. The bearded fellow was very knowledgeable and tore it down in front of me. He diagnosed the cylinder and showed me what was the problems. It needed a new barrel and rod. Boy it was pitted real bad after 50 years of use. It was in bad shape. Craig quoted me the repair price and a estimated time of repair. He had to special order new seals, rod and barrel . He explained these parts were no long available and had to be custom made. Also he explained this was a estimate and had no control over vendor price changes or unforeseen difficulties. He gave me a call close to the due date to explain the extended time due to vendor hadn't shipped the barrel yet. But that only took a couple of days extra. The bill was what was quoted me. Excellent job guys!!! Thanks for the great work. I found this place online here and read the reviews. I took a gamble and what a great place. As a business owner I know that you can't always please customers and some want something for nothing. Or try to blame others due to lack of knowledge due to their own fault. Please be honest and fair as you want to be treated. For every 2 bad reviews there are 200 good ones that are not written.

Craig Andrews is a difficult, and can be rude, person to deal with. I would suggest calling Hydraulic Supply for a more knowledgeable, friendlier, sales person.

They over charged me 300 over what was quoted. But the worst part is the 90 charge for there use of a \ nut buster\ all that was really done was a nylock nut was torched and they used a pipe wrench. Totally destroyed the nut and it's function. Worst place to get hydraulic repairs
