Horrible, horrible experience with Hydrex. Technicians have always been kind, but I wish to give them Zero Star for their customer service and communication. Especially the Office Manager Paula, Unprofessional, rude, mean, grumpy over the phone, and doesn't have any customer service skills. After 5 months of unfortunate dealing with this company hired by our property management, we still have the same problems. I simply requested they call me 30 min before arrival, but they even couldn't handle that. I'm surprised!!!

If you want to waste your time and money, and you want to hire some clowns, then this is the company you should deal with. Oh, and if you want to get rid of any pests in your home, this company has no idea how to do it. I will never recommend them to anyone.
