He gave us excellent advice and in the appropriate level of detail (no ‘sales’ talk). This made our choice of purchase very easy. Following this we were impressed with the team that carried out the installation. The timing was great and the ‘how to use’ demonstrations really useful. I would strongly recommend Hydropool. I walked in out of interest and walked out having purchased a hot tub for my home. I always liked the idea of having one but never really understood the costs and maintenance. I was greeted by the excellent floor staff who were able to answer my questions and suggest a tub that suited my needs. I have already recommended them to my friends and would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for their own tub.
I spoke to a Mr James Harris last week to get a feel for my first hot tub in terms of cost. James provided me with all the information I required and also gave details on products I didn’t know where produced that could benifit me and my family. James was very help and understanding of my requirements, I would highly recommend him.
Firstly i would like to say how impressed I was by the time and patience given to me during my visit. I had no idea there was so much choice, but luckily the young man,James, was on hand to impart his knowledge and make the whole experience a truly delightful one! I should have purchased one years ago
Great experience visiting the Hydopool branch, was greeted by James who showed me the range of pools and best one for me. Was offered free water test and pools were very clean! Recommend!!
