My lawn mower broke down after two years of use and inside the 5 year Bauhaus warranty period. Contacted Bauhaus customer service on Thursday and by Sunday morning I was the proud owner of a new lawn mower. Smooth, hassle-free and very professional customer service. Kudos and big thanks to Kit & Jessica that handled my case in such an excellent manner

It's good things in the store, but little to little staff
2 very good experiences with Fredrik and Ludwig Last Saturday we (my wife and I) visited Bauhaus Hyllinge for a project regarding a security lock on our windows that we both had been dreading. We were pretty sure we, as usual, weren't going to agree on the eternal \function versus form\ conflict. Well this 26-year-young man Fredrik at Bauhaus Hyllinge helped us enormously with all of our tiny questions to find the right solution. He was patient and pleasant, and also knowledgeable and clever, to help us find everything with no rush. He did a great job. Bravo for very professional work! I must say that, until today, I have had the feeling that Bauhaus was behind Hornbach in terms of customer service and availability of people to answer my questions. This has changed my opinion completely. Please keep on improving. Sorry for not writing this in Swedish but it goes so much faster in English..... EDIT: Another good experience 2 days later - Came back for some more things for this project (which is working out successfully) and met another pleasant young helpful fellow, Ludwig. Went out of his way to help, just like Fredrik. Great work gentlemen! Bauhaus, please hire more colleagues like these two professionals.
