The yard is a bit tight but easily do able, The guys that work there are always helpful and efficient.
Ok prices, one person scans second checks the items, then pay somewhere else, then you can't go out till security comes to and checks all items again, to complicated, then couldn't get out at the gate had to go back the desk and ask them and then they given a code for the gate to let myself out, they couldn't make it more complicated, we will no be returning there anytime soon, very disappointed
Bad site for deliveries. I had to wait on the street with my lorry, just for fun of the warehouse staff. Having empty bays, for hours, still these lazy guys would let you wait on the road. Dont recommend it at all. The worst delivery address I got for this month.
I have been shopping here for about 25-years and in the early days it was an endurance. About ten-years ago things changed for the better. The warehouse and checkout staff are very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help find a thing you are looking for. If in doubt, ask. They know they're stuff. The receptionist today was super friendly as always. The customers are usually the problem. For example, today a customer decided she did not want her peeled garlic. Rather than return them whence they came, she put the pack on top of the bananas!! She gave me a shrug, knowing she'd been caught out. There are some awful people out there that the staff have to tolerate day after day for wages that cannot be that high. I shall return to Hyperama. (If you are going to leave a bad review, at least get your English right.)
