Took nearly ten days and a few phone calls (no callbacks) to eventually pay for some bits, which by this time and now urgent. then I call up today to find out the tracking number for UPS as I was told they would go out yesterday for today delivery, just to be told that they aren't even in the country. I have somewhat waiting for these parts to arrive and I haven't even been told they are in the country. It would have been fine if they had said this when ordering, or even on their website, or even the first two times I called, but to be told after you chase them up is just bad business. No further orders by the looks of things!

All problems sorted out within 24 hours, for example due to a design change towards the end of one of my projects, a part was requested at 4pm and on 10am the next morning it was in my hand .
