On every occasion the professional and friendly service I received from Steven Way his expertise, attention to details and willingness to accommodate meeting him at the properties at the end of his survey to advice on any major issues and give a summary of his findings pending his full report. Steven's excellent communication throughout my process were outstanding. In light of Steven's findings and recommendations I was able to renegotiate the asking price for my purchase.

I will be recommending Collier Stevens to all my friends I have nothing but praise for their handling of my move . Their surveys have both ( my 1st choice of house was a disaster) been so thorough and easy to understand and anything I didn't was explained. Over the course of my move I have spoken to most of their staff who have been courteous and knowledgeable. I also feel that their fees are very reasonable given the level of service they offer .

Steve Way is by far the most helpful and approachable surveyor I have dealt with. He provides an efficient and professional service and on receiving the report he is happy to discuss any aspects of it with you if needed. He is also happy to meet at the property for the last 15 minutes of the survey if there is something specific you'd like to discuss with him. I cannot recommend Collier Stevens enough!

Fantastic service: I contacted Collier Stevens to enquire house survey charges having viewed a local property. I was very pleased with the quote provided by the pleasant lady who took my call, continuing my enquiry to seek an inspection of a particular concerning aspect of the building to determine the extent of the problem, and hence my offer. Surveyor Steve called me back promptly, discussed the matter, offered to borrow keys from the agent and take a look whilst he was in the area, then reported to me comprehensively. All that within 24 hours, and declined payment! I'm now hoping to make an acceptable offer and shall certainly ask Steve to perform the survey if all goes well. Ian White

Buying a house can be a bit of a gamble especially if like us to an unknown and new location. Meeting Steve after he had conducted the Survey put to rest any fears or worries that we may have had immediately without the added stress of waiting for the final report, it also allowed us the time to walk through the property and talk through the feasibility of remodeling plans and ideas for the future. Steve is a thoroughly nice Guy and did not rush us and was incredibly helpful and insightful, giving us some great tips and ideas that we hadn't thought about too.
