What a lovely shop. Morag was so helpful and was able to supply the rugs we needed quickly and efficiently. There are a lot of bigger retailers out there but I can't say that I've found a better one. I will certainly be going back to Morag when I need any more flooring.
Although i have used discount carpets before and never had a bad word to say about them, today they were delivering and fitting a carpet for my grandma, they told my grandma and my uncle that it would be 1st thing, my uncle told me he reckoned 1st thing would mean 9ish, it got to 11 and as i was already there moving my grandmas furniture i thought i would give the guy a call and see where abouts he was and if he was running late then roughly what time to expect, my exact words were \hello I'm calling on behalf of my grandmother as she is having a carpet delivered and fitted today and you said it would be in the morning and it's almost midday\ before i could ask if we could expect it in the morning still or if it would be later (as my grandma wanted to get to the hospital to see my grandad) the man then had a go at me down the phone asking \why are you calling me it's still the morning it's not midday yet!\ When i asked why he was talking to me like that he then tried to justify his rudeness with \I've already spoken to your grandma!\ I told him i knew this but i still didn't know why he was talking to me like that and that his attitude towards his customers is disgusting, he then tried to call my grandma and complain about me to her. Andrew has no customer service skills, i was not rude, my mother heard the whole thing, don't take your bad mood out on customers, i will never use this company again !
