The body shop at Hyundai of Palatine was excellent. My 2021 Palisade was hit on the passenger side after having the car for only a month and the team did a wonderful job putting the car back together. With all the damage done to the car it took about 2 months to fix with getting parts in and completing the work, but the job was done right and I am completely happy with the outcome. Jeff was the best to work with and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the the vehicle. It was great working with him and I would definitely recommend them for Hyundai body work!!!!

Went in for a suspected warranty repair. Dropped in the car from a tow late at night. They called back early in the morning and explained what they were going to do. The inspection was thorough. The warranty was honored so I am happy about that. The job was done with a lot of care. They took care of other things like safety recalls while the car was there. I couldn't secure a loaner car because they were out. But luckily the repairs were done in just a few days. They said they sanitized the car after working on it too.

I am so impressed by the teamwork at this dealership and their sister Company, Chevrolet of Palatine. I spoke without a doubt the nicest Sales person, Matt Nielsen who was very happy to take me on a test drive and I ended up with a beautiful silver Hyundai Accent. But the deal would not have been made without the exceptional teamwork of Matt, and Baha's can do attitude, and Jared in the finance completing the deal, all the while offering me extra services. i.e. oil changes on my car for the next 3 years and gap coverage. Plus the deal couldn't be completed without Itzel's taking the downpayment and doing the bookkeeping.
