Overall a bad service. Often emails and calls went unanswered when service to the apartment was needed. Issues that we were promised would be fixed(broken lights, cabinet handles) never were taken care of. 2 000 SEK was kept from the security deposit without explanation and the deposit was returned several weeks after move out after many emails requesting it.
