Wide range, friendly staff - but, the overall quality of products and plants varies a lot. Some gardening hardware is priced very high for the quite low quality of e.g. the woodwork. Products also come in and out of stock in a way that you might not find matches only a year later. Several plants I've purchased from here have also gone bad quickly.
