Excellent shop with good sales advice and good diving training

I paid almost 500 for a diving regulator on 24th of June. My package hasn't arrive yet. the store doesn't want to take any responsability for it. I paid for an article that I never got. I fairly ask for my refund but the store doesn't want to give me back the money. I am bitterly disappointed with such unprofessional values. I feel terrible. If you buy a product , you paid for iit, you never it, and the store does not take responsibility for it, I would call it a scam. How would you call it?

Sehr guter Kundenservice! Ich hatte mir übers Internet Skihandschuhe bestellt und die waren etwas zu groß. Der Umtausch war problemlos und der Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder! :-)
