The church room is very small it can get too crowded when someone with a big social circle passes away. The service, had to much focus on business and to little on the person. This can be difficult if the priest doesn't know the family. I missed speaches from others than the priest. That could have helped a lot. A goodbye is more than just the mechanics. A place to sit for a cup of coffe after would have helped a lot.
