We were customers of Resideo for 3 months. Based on that O would suggest that you stay away from this company! Karina over promised and under delivered in all aspects: you will not get the income she promises, she is quite unpleasant to deal with once you sign the contract, money never comes to your account without reminding her. She seems not to understand that property owner is her customer, not only the tenants she find through Airbnb. Once we have her notice that we would like to cancel the agreement, she stopped looking for new tenants completely, however refused us to show property to potential future renters. She left the keys to property under the doormat (without agreeing or informing us), did not clean after the last tenant and left the property in much worse condition (bear in mind only 3 months). The last transfer she made (late again) was not accompanied by any account statement, so we have no way to verify that it was complete. If you are a customer already, I would suggest you visit the property to check how it looks!
