I am beyond thankful for this business. The only place that I was aware did video transfers was walmart. I hated using walmart. I had a 1st bday VHS to be transfered to DVD. That tape meant the world to me as my dad was in the video and he has passed since then. It felt like the chances of it being mishandled or lost were seriously high because they send them out to a different place to transfer them. It took a MONTH to get back. It cost 27 bucks as well. I hated having to wait so long. I came to I-ken and I drop off two mini VHS and the guy tells me, \Okay they will be ready in a couple of hours.\ I couldn't believe how fast they were! Also the price was 27 bucks. So to those in the comments claiming its pricey, I don't think they did their research on other companies pricing. This was almost the same as walmarts, it never left the business so no worries of it being lost, and I got it back withing a DAY. I will always use this business, and I hope they don't go anywhere!

Extremely pleased with the work they performed and very quickly as well. Much better than the national chains I've used before. Very friendly and helpful. Gave me a tour of their facilities and showed me how and what they do with each type of video submitted. Will return with several more projects to get done.
