Such talented groomers! I am trained, experienced groomer myself, however I keep bringing my dog Lilly here every other month, the skill and scissoring work they do is beautiful! Lilly always looks amazing, they work with Lilly's fur and appearance to bring out the best in her. And she is the cutest little panda cub when she leaves! I brush Lilly every other day and bath her regularly to ensure her coat is always in top condition, it is not the responsibility of a groomer to brush out matted fur, it is painful for the dog, if you cannot take on the responsibility of maintaining your dogs fur as you would your own hair, then either get a short haired dog or accept that your dog will be clipped short. The staff are so friendly and polite, Mike always listens to my requests and takes copies of photos of previous hair cuts Lilly has had to ensure they are following my instructions. The last time I brought Lilly here was for a hair cut and pamper session before her modelling appearance at Melbourne Dog Lover's Show, and I got so many compliments on Lilly's haircut and how beautiful and soft her fur was. I've been sending my cavoodle Honey to IShinin every 6 weeks for the past year, and I could not be happier with their service and results! She always looks amazing, and the groomer's scissoring work is just top-class. Honey's got a fleecey coat that tends to mat very easily, so on the rare occasion that she gets too matted, they do explain to me that shaving would be necessary if they can't brush it out. And I totally understand- I'd never want honey to go through the torture of having mats being pulled out and much rather her be shaved if it's going to be less painful! They do explain it all beforehand though- so it's never an unpleasant surprise. The team is so friendly, and really polite, and Honey always gets really excited going there. And of course, she always comes out looking so cute! I think it's an owner's responsibility to ensure their dog's coat is well maintained, and not expect groomers to create miracles. Highly recommend this place for dog owners who know what a good groomer is!
This place did not listen to the owners requests when dropping off the dog for grooming (specifically regarding not shaving her body), upon returning to pick her up, discovered the groom is ruined and she was clipered close to the skin . We have used them twice before this and the last time was just as bad. So unfortunate but thought people should know before booking their dog in for grooming at this shop.
Best groomers around - and great value for money! Their scissoring is beautiful. Staff are always happy to see my dog and she loves to visit their shop whether for a fur cut or treats!
Really lovely staff and service. My dog loves going in to get groomed and spoilt. Their grooming service is always on point and nothing is ever too much trouble. The grooming staff take their time and have amazing attention to detail. Worth every cent!
Fantastic groomers. Both of our dogs are groomed here every fortnight. Never had an issue.
First time used this place - my dog was cut under his front leg and his paw pad was also sliced. I am so upset - cant imagine what my dog went through with these people. I called to complain about this today and they have gone, shut down completely. I feel so awful for my dog. I made such a bad decision using these people. You are awful people.
Good experience with their service. My puppy looks like getting a new life after grooming! They are patient and well-communicated.
