I called and asked Jacquie to look at some books for confirmation that they were the books I wanted. This done, I paid and them and the books arrived with me within 24 hours. Excellent Customer service and good prices.
I have used Aucott and Thomas for filling in ‘holes’ in my home book collection and reading for a few years now, and have always been very pleased with their service. Recently I required a book for business, although it wasn’t in their listings I sent an enquiry email anyway. The reply I received shows their level of service and willingness to go the extra mile. Although they didn’t have the book in stock, they would order it for me (and as a bonus surprise, it was at a competition beating price). I thought this was fantastic service, especially as this wasn’t a high value item (as some business books can be). For home and business Aucott and Thomas are definitely my favourite book reseller :)
By good fortune I stumbled across Aucott and Thomas. They had a rarity I desired, and indeed teased my tastes with others on their listings. I have purchased a few books to date and have been delighted with the value, clean condition and superlative service, which ships fast, safe, and very securely packaged items. As a customer I feel valued. Books sent are treated with due respect, including a free protective wrap on HB dust covers, which is a nice touch! Doubtless I shall check in on them from time to time in future. I cannot fault this established seller!
