Easy Open Ltd have been brilliant ever since I initially made contact with them. I recently moved to a bungalow, which had a standard front door. I can’t manage an ordinary lock so I needed an automated system. I have a speech difficulty so I email. Lin, the director of the company and the person I’ve been speaking to, always replied promptly, always answered my (many) questions, and provided solutions to all of my requests. The system is now installed and is working well; the fixtures and fittings that are needed inside and on the door are discreet; there is a ‘push button’ to open the door, or the button on the ‘key fob’ can be used; at my request, there is the option to make the door not lock automatically when it closes (so that it can be easily opened manually if, for example, visitors are expected); and there is the option for the door to be held open. Other features were offered that I did not need, such as an intercom system. Everything that was promised to me has been fulfilled, and I believe that whatever is asked of them they will do their best to provide a solution!
