I recently used Highfield Cat Hotel for my cats and am absolutely thrilled with the service from booking their stay to collecting my cats on my return from my holiday. I have never used a cattery before, my cats are high maintenance house cats and I was worried about leaving them as it was a new experience for them. However, the accommodation is clean, inviting and spacious and the staff are very friendly and clearly love cats. I would have no hesitation whatsoever about recommending Highfield Cat Hotel and will be using them from now on when I go away.

Excellent cat hotel! Sarah and Sue are genuinely brilliant with cats, and each time we book our x2 boys in to stay with them- we leave feeling extremely reassured they are in safest and most caring hands. Would recommend without a doubt, best in the area
