This surgery is probably the most useless surgery I've ever encountered. Been phoning the surgery fir some months, every day, finally got through this morning at 10am requested a call from the doctor or an appointment, was told there was no appoints for today and to ring again in the morning. Its ridiculous, last time I got through in July, I expressed pains and lump in throat and I was concerned about cancer, and yes, I am quite paranoid about cancer. Was told to take 2 ibuprofen four times a day!!!!, it says on the box not to exceed 6 ibuprofen tablets a day. Now have swelling under both armpits and really need an appointment incase its a form of cancer, im so very stressed about it, well, will just have to try again in the morning, however, I am recording every date and time, and when I spoken to somebody in case.

Easily the worst GP’s I have ever had the misfortune of attending. The receptionists and procedures could not be more incompetent. Can never get through in the morning, they don’t answer the phone half the time after busy parts of the day and they are always rude when they do answer. Doctors usually type notes into a computer tick some boxes press enter and prescribe you medicine or hand you a leaflet all without ever looking you in the eyes. Can not get a face to face appointment until a few weeks in advance and I have waited for over 20 minuets without fail on every occasion. I understand that the service is underfunded and overworked but it really shows in all of the staff and unfortunately, I have nothing but bad things to say about this place. Very disappointing as I am local but they have systematically let me down. I will try to find a different surgery that I am in the catchment for as soon as possible.

The clinic in Ibstock is a mistake and embarrassment discriminates against foreigners, only the English people ask for help and I was dismissed with a ticket, I ask what to thank them for, it's some embarrassment and mockery, I am not surprised that they have 75% of negative descriptions
