Great place to take your children, sometimes it's busy but everyone there is always good decent boys and girls.
A well built skatepark with two sections. One group can skate the street section while another can skate the ramp section. It has a typical launch ramp set up that usually keeps scooters entertained so the street side of the park can be enjoyed by skateboarders. It has a tiny T-block/manny comb which you can also skate as a ledge over the manny pad as a long gap, and a fun wall ride type quarter pipe and a jersey barrier. The brick effect bank is unique and fun too. I suppose depending on the time of day, it can be quite busy with clueless parents who just let their toddlers scoot and bike around without a care in the world. Any parents reading this- skateparks are not playgrounds. Teach your kids to wait their turn and look where they're going! Located near a Co-op is a bonus too. Why is it most skateparks have a Co-op nearby?
