I visited IC Optique for the 1st time today and my experience with Dr Kathy and her team was exceptional. They made me feel like a was a tenured customer. Dr Kathy was very detailed while explaining the results of my exam. The office was clean and they took extra precautions to ensure the environment was safe during this pandemic.

The only places I have ever been to have my eyes examined are places like Visionworks and Eyeglass World. They suck... I’ve had terrible experiences and the phrase ‘you get what you pay for’ couldn’t be more true. My husband and I both visited IC Optique and were blown away by the professionalism of this dr and staff. All were extremely kind. Dr Kathy explained every step to me and the glasses they have fitted us with are incredible. We will be back yearly to this location. Thank you!

The best eye doctor I’ve ever had. The facility is always clean. The staff is professional and there is a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been a patient there since 2016. I even take my daughter there and she loves going to get her glasses and eye exam now. I highly recommend IC Optique to any and everyone.

We have been happy & loyal customers since IC Optic opened the doors and have zero regrets! I fully trust Dr. Keith & her wonderful staff with our vision health. The entire office is patient and takes their time with both my husband and myself each visit and never pressures us when updating our prescription. She uses state-of-the-art equipment and has a wonderful selection of eyewear, from high-end designer frames to affordable selections for the whole family. Customer Service was AWFUL! The woman they have working on the floor was belittling and acted as if her time was being wasted. She was rude and very condescending. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money at this optical center. You will truly regret it. If I could give a 0 I would. AWFUL!
