There is table seating, booth seating and even sushi bar seating. Not only does the eatery look great, but at Ichiban Pensacola, the food is presented in a very artistic and memorable manner as well. It is open for lunch and dinner, every day of the weekn the lighter side of the menu, customers at Ichiban Pensacola can enjoy dishes of soft shell crab salad, smoked salmon sashimi salad, cucumber salad, Ichiban crab soup and seaweed salad. Sushi options include classic nigiri that can be topped with a dainty quail egg and specialty sushi rolls with names like playboy roll and super crazy roll. Those who prefer cooked dishes can enjoy bento boxes of chicken tempura and beef steak.

A small hidden gem indeed, and the lunch specials are plentiful. I feel they could have much more potential, if they served better quality ingredients. However, for the cost you get what you pay for. Also FYI, you can’t order a kid menu item unless you’re in fact a child. Unless you’re good with the employees, but who knows though? Best of luck on your journey for food and be safe out there local/visitor foodies.

I started coming to this place around 19 or 20 years ago maybe...but is always a good experience. The food is yummy and prices are always very reasonable, staff is always friendly and I guess they do recognize long time customers because every time we go they seem to remember us, even the time it took us a year to go again and whas a big surprise after we walked in and the lady reaction was \omg long time no see you!! Where you been?\ So yeah!! they still remembered us and they even remember my son's order. 100% recommend this place.

I guess I came when it was only one worker literally doing the front desk, door-dash delivery and packaging!! Besides all the long wait the food was good quality and the service was nice.
