I've been to Coo & Riku's other branches. They were clean, well-lit, and the dogs looked happy. I was surprised when I walked into 市原支店。the shop was dark, gloomy and old. It was also very hot inside. The air felt stagnant. There was only 1 staff there. She was friendly, but a little slow. I got a little impatient after a while and I just wanted to leave the store with my new dog. The dogs in this store looked really sad. I was upset to see their living condition because I love dogs very much. If they were cheap, I'd buy all of them so they can be happier. I also told the staff I wanted to use the 50% off campaign and get the food subscription--she didn't listen to me. So I got tired and ended up buying at full price. I don't want to go back there because seeing the unhappy dogs makes me feel angry...

今、飼っているワンちゃんを以前ここで購入しました。 その時は店内も明るく、店員さんの対応も凄く良かったのですが…… 予防接種の予約をし、当日お店に入ってびっくりです。 まず、店内が暗い。臭いが酷い。 あれ？同じお店だよなぁ…って思う位びっくりしました。 動物達のお世話もきちんとされてるのか、心配になります。 あれではお客さんが減ると思います！ 本当に残念です。 他のペットショップの店員さんは、とても感じが良いですし、店内も清潔です。 改善するべきだと思います！
