Very clean, organized and well placed Hotel !! It's at 5 minutes walk from the Ichinoseki station and for that it has everything near around. There is a Computer with a working printer (luckily!) that saved my travel time and the trouble to explain me in Japanese. At the first floor there is also a laundry room with washing machines and dryers which you can use for 200 and 100 yen. The personal is very kind and helpful, always cheerful and smiling!! It was a pleasure to be guest in the Toyoko inn! Only one personal dislike is about the hardness of the mattress.

Convenient location next to station; good base to explore the rest of Hachimantai- Hiraizumi area in Iwate. Hotel features for business travellers is great for tourists. Breakfast provided.

静かでフロントの対応もよく、また利用したいと思います。 冬は暖房がエアコンのみなので足元が寒いかも。 ホテルでの滞在時間が長い方はルームソックスがあるといいかもしれません。 2021年１月現在は朝食は個食で、炊きたてご飯とおかずのお弁当が頂けます。 お味噌汁はラップがけしてくれるのがとても嬉しい！ 駐車場は立体で、車の雪降ろしや霜取りをしなくて済むので大助かりです。
2人の受付のうちの一人の態度が悪く大変気分が悪かった。ビジネスにせよ旅行にせよ、ホテルに到着したお客様と言うのは疲れているもの。迎える側は温かく迎える様に気をつけて欲しい。
東横INNは健全な経営理念に基づくホテルチェーンで、出張の際などよく利用します。 単に宿泊費が安ければいいというわけでなく、良質のサービスをリーズナブルな価格で提供する姿勢は、どの店舗も安心して利用できるものです。 新型コロナウィルスの広がりなど難しい状況の中で、朝食サービスをバイキング式から個別包装に代えるなど、安全確保とサービス維持の両立に努力しています。 一ノ関駅のすぐ目の前にあるこのホテルも、客室の清潔感やロビーの対応など、あらゆる点で行き届いたサービスを展開しています。 ただ、何よりも驚いたのは、夕食にロビーで提供してくれるカレーライスです。 周囲の飲食店に休業が多いからという理由のようです。味はごく普通ですが、その配慮がうれしいじゃありませんか。 正直、一関は頻繁に訪れる機会がありませんが、次に来ることがあれば、迷わずまた東横INNを利用したいと思います。
