This bank is unfit for healthy services in Indian banking system. The charges are arbitrary and unjust. Few years ago when people quote frequently about harassment by this bank, I oppose vehemently, but now i think that their opinions were correct. No customer support, staff is more English than Indian.

Account open kiya tha 10,000/- min balance ..Or inke field worker ne khol diya 25,000/- min balance mujhe bina bataye or to or Jhooth bol ke 35,000/- bhee jama karwa liye FD ke naam pe. Min balance ka Pata tab chala jab mujhe min. balance ke liye fine laga 2124 /- ka. Wapis mile sirf 708/- wo bhee jab inke costumer care walon se baat ki. Office staff are good but beware from Their field worker...Ek number ke fraud. Fir contact karo to number block kar dete hain. That's why I closed my bank account from this branch.
