This branch of HDFC Bank is not good. The staff is very busy. Approx. 1 day require if you want to create account in this branch. I don't suggest this branch for A/c. No any responsibile person in this branch. I have more problem in this branch in account opening. Parking spaces available in this compound.

This is such a pathetic branch with appalling service standards. On first hand the bank's iMobile app and customer service couldn't help and I had to visit the branch out of my busy schedule And then the branch had network issues. I spoke to the bank executive named Priyanka Shukla and made the payment you renew my loan account. Despite making the payment so far I have not been able to renew my account as the app still has server issues. And the best is that this executive gave me her no to contact if any help needed, however to no surprise she did not answer my calls several times If you weren't supposed to answer the calls then what was the point of sharing the contact no Shame on Icici
