This bank has all relevant services to render, but service is not systematic or customer focused. There's a manul token system - have to get it from security guard standing outside. Not all staffs were available, and in between priority given to some known individuals skipping the queue. I had to wait for more than an hour and left giving up..

The service is worst. They will first tell you that your eligible for the loan. Later after all the documents they send you objection letter and your 3000/- is wasted. Also customer service is non existence . They don’t call you back or update on status on loan. I was dealing with Ms. Jyoti and Mr.Pulkit . No response and seriousness shown towards customer. This has really put me off from ICICI. Which I am a customer since 8 years. Really hope they fix the service and don’t take customers for granted.
