Worst service when it come to claim your insurance in case of Motor insurance ( 2 wheeler ). If the cost of repair/replacement is Rs 100 they just give you claim of Rs 10 or even less by just giving unnecessary reasons that they cannot provide this part repair/replacement as per their policy etc etc .. I was having policy for my Royal Enfield classic 350 and this is my experience,my insurance surveyor or agent as he was not knowing which Grade surveyor he is as i asked him, was named MANISH from andheri branch of ICICI. Kindly do not buy 2 wheeler policy from here go for other options available to you .
