I went into the Tractor Supply in 10/12/19 to pick up puppy pads. Upon entering checkout, the gentleman working at the checkout noticed I had my arm in a sling and called for another employee to help me get my items to my car. They were busy due to it being a holiday but took the time to help me get to my car anyway and for that I am very thankful.

The cashier as great, but everyone else as in the back. The cashiers called some one to help me but I waited about 15 min before he was called and another 5min and he didn't show so I paid for my things and left. The cashier was very apologetic and nice.

Store is open till six and I showed up at 5pm looking to get a push mower and noticed that they were starting to put thing up and asked the girl out front if they were still open and she asked what I needed so I told her and at that time the manager comes out and she asks him if I could get a lawn mower and he said NO. I guess it just goes to show that some people don't want to work when others are really needing a job. I will not use the Tractor Supply in Idabel any more. I would rather drive 50 miles to another location.
