While they do sell an adequate product and their support staff is excellent, Toshiba copiers are not one of the better products in this category. Additionally, the sales staff are pushy and more than a little condescending. I would advise anyone to make sure and get a professional IT advice before committing to any solution suggested by this organization. The typical idea that copiers can do double duty as printers means you are paralyzed if the copier goes down. And Toshiba copiers WILL go down! Unfortunately, more often than anyone here would admit. Proceed with caution!
