Where to begin? Over the last several years, multiple problems and still no sign of relief from this postal unit. Examples: bank statements opened, box stuffed with wrongly addressed mail, our package stolen while in their facility (later found behind a local business and torn open) but yes I had my pink slip to prove ownership! Then another incident, pink slip in my box but no package, and finally, absolute rudeness on their part when attempting to work with these people. An audit of their system might help?!

A friendly operation that delivers! I had an issue with a package and was able to call the local office and talk to my delivery person over the phone to solve the problem. An Easy Fix.

It's 12:30 p.m. on Monday Washington's birthday and they are still not open no signs posted on the building and only on the website saying hours may differ. This is ridiculous the website says you're open and you're not open

As new residents of NW Idaho Springs, and having purchased a home without a mailbox, we needed a lot of coordination to get our mail affairs in order. Karen and our mail carrier, Eric, were so helpful in helping us clear the hurdles, and even secured an abandoned mailbox we could use. Eric then reached out to me directly the other day to advise there was mail in our “new” mailbox, concerned we might miss it/not know it was being delivered already! There were a lot of reasons we moved from suburbia to I.S., and seeking a more personable, interconnected community was a primary one. This is a perfect example of that, and something I’m grateful for. Thanks, Karen and Eric!
