My knees were killing me. Years of skiing, football, rugby and stupid teenage stunts came back to haunt me. Taking stair one at a time. Struggling to get out of chairs. Dr couldn't find anything wrong. Went to Ideal Flexibility for NRT & Flexiblity Training. After 3 sessions more that 70% reduction in pain and immobility. After our 5th session I couldn't believe how good I felt and how well I could move!! Played softball that week, sprinting around bases. The week after that went on a gruelling hike with my daughter. I did not imagine it was possible, but there I was! Ideal Flexibility has the trifecta of awesomeness, NRT, Flexibility Training, and Massage Therapy. I cannot recommend this place and Rick enough! My wife went for a really stiff neck and pain - BAM. Fixed in one session. My daughter, a runner, started getting knee pain. BAM. 2 sessions. All good. If your hearing \You just gotta live with it.\, you actually may not have to. See Rick!!
