Ideal Landscaping created a terrific backyard patio and enjoyment center. We HAD a very challenging backyard that was unwelcoming to sit and relax in. The builder left a complete disaster and mess. Joey & Daulton came in to the rescue. We doubled the patio size with a paver solution, added a fireplace, stairs, crab orchard edging around the flower beds, increased the retaining wall holding the hill back and corrected the drainage issues. Ideal Landscaping met all dates and exceeded expectations. The Workers were respectful and flexible with any adjustments. Now, we spend time in the backyard, almost daily, relaxing with cocktails. Family and neighbors love to come over and enjoy the workmanship. Ideal Landscaping did a beautiful job and people are envious of the wonderful solution they provided. Ideal Landscape Solutions helped me design the backyard of my dreams and installed it in less than months. What started out as a vacant open space in my backyard was transformed into an outdoor oasis, complete with new sod, a 40-foot swimming pool, brand new spa, firepit, beautiful pavers and a shiny new basketball court. The crew was timely, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Joey mapped out the entire project with me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed flawlessly. His team got all of the permits signed off on and was available every step of the way throughout the construction process. It wasn’t a cheap project. But it was a fair price. And I’m very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Ideal Landscape Solutions to anyone considering a backyard renovation or landscape project of any kind.

Met with Joey of Ideal Landscape Solutions because we had an \idea\ to put in a fire pit. We looked at some traditional variations online but wanted something unique, something that matched our personality - relaxed, laid back, and country. He came up with a solution - a hand laid boulder fire pit with small boulders around the perimeter and a patio of flagstone and Hooch pebbles. We will put an Adirondack chair on each side of the 3 large boulders so we can have 3 sit together, or two with a table in between. They communicated with us about scheduling, especially when several days of rain delayed their anticipated start. The delay is so much easier to deal because they called us beforehand just to keep us updated on changes in the schedule. Great job! It was an \Ideal Solution\ for our own unique fire pit.

We were looking to have a project completed in our backyard and saw the work of Ideal Landscape and decided to reach out. A sales associate met with us at our home to discuss our project and ideas and said we would hear from him by the end of the week with our estimate (this was a Monday). We were excited at the promise of a quick turn around for a quote as we were wanting to get this project done quickly and knew they were already 4 weeks booked out. The following Thursday (10 days later) I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed the sales associate and he told me the construction manager was out sick but he would check and see what was going on with our estimate. Another week goes by and still nothing so I send another email to the sales associate ...I never heard back. I called Ideal Landscape and told them that we were now waiting over a month for our estimate and the lady on the phone said “this is too long and we will get your estimate to you by the end of the week.” Surprise surprise we didn’t. I called back that Monday, was promised an estimate by the end of the day, something else happened ( I honestly forgot what the issue was that time because I’d already heard too many excuses at that point) We finally got our “estimate” the following day. IT WAS 2.5 to 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT that our sales associate stated when he visited our home. Not only that, but we were supposed to have an itemized estimate and we only received total cost. My husband called to talk to someone about clarification and was told someone “would definitely call you Monday” (this was on a Friday afternoon) As expected, we never got the call. This is honestly some of the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Misinformation, untimely, no professionalism, and unorganized. Unfortunately they wasted our time for almost two months. I never write reviews, but this was so bad I had to. Needless to say, we will not be using Ideal Landscape for this project or any other.
