I initially went to Ideal Tile for a kitchen backslash. Kristen was amazing at helping me pick out some gorgeous tile. Robert and his crew arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Also, the area was left spotless. Next I had Robert redo my outdated master bath (which had a huge jetted tub) Again, on time, great workmanship, respectful of the fact that he was working in my home and the result is SPECTACULAR! I could not be happier!

We needed to have our three bathrooms and a foyer re-tiled and as they were dated, we also wanted our master bath remolded. We looked everywhere for a company we could trust and then we found Ideal Tile in Flemington. Ideal Tile has an amazing tile selection within a reasonable prices. They not only did the excellent tile work but also the demo work, removed a linen closet, created a niche & relocated a sink. Robert & Shem are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and do wonderful work, even better than we could have expected. Kristen has a real eye for style, (love her!) she helped pick out the perfect tile, she also found the perfect vanity, shower panel & matching count top within our budget. We highly recommend Ideal Tile for their quality work but also because they treat you like family. We highly recommend Ideal Tile in Flemington to everyone!! They are truly the best!

Tile in the store is nice but have someone else do the installation. If you rely on Ideal Tile, you will regret it. The installation is absolutely horrific. I should have been there to supervise but couldn't due to work. This crew took every shortcut. Now, I have 2 bathrooms that need to have tile replaced. In the master, I used very expensive tile which was not hung in the right direction (supposed to be hung horizontally to look like waves). It was hung vertically. And worse yet, they started at the top and left me with a 1/4 " to 1/8 inch gap above the shower tray. I had to someone else come in and caulk. It not only looks bad but now I'm worried about long tern water leakage. Some words of advice - don't go through what I went through. Buyer beware.

Don't waste your time... I've visited this place TWICE, both times vowing to never return... Whoever the guy is running this place, he's a total JERK!!! First time I walked in he was berating a customer over the phone... I walked out. Second time I walked right up to the counter, where he was working at his desk, doing paperwork. He saw me standing there but WOULD NOT acknowledge my presence... After about a minute of being ignored I turned and walked out... There WILL be no third time... Small wonder this place gets bad reviews... plenty of alternatives... buy your tile elsewhere.

Had to redo the floor twice. First time wrong grout second badly placed stone. Made a mess. Non English speaking poorly skilled workers. Broke my windowsill off. I guess they sat on it? Or hit it with the jackhammer they used to break out the first floor they did wrong. Made a general mess everywhere damaging my stairs, front door and garage door. Owner won’t take responsibility for the missing sill.

Owner is very rude. There is a nice selection of tile, but in my opinion, I’ll drive a little further for good customer service.
