I reserved and confirmed Taxi Leo from Lille to Ypres several months in advance. I confirmed a couple of weeks before I arrived in Europe....Willy was on time and had a good vehicle. I also used Taxi Leo from Ypres to Calais....also on time with a good vehicle. GOOD RELIABLE COMPANY.

Really awful service. I called taxi in Ieper and the answer was: no I dont have any taxi for you. Without even offering a different hour or saying sorry.

Een slechte onbeschofte receptioniste die heel onvriendelijk telefoon aanneemt en klant te woord staat.....Kan de druk niet aan daar ze afspraken vergeet in te boeken....De chauffeurs integendeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk......Als de dame in kwestie haar attitude niet veranderd, zullen veel mogelijke klanten afhaken....
