一番くじを買いにいきました。 30分前にいって整理券ももらったので待っていたのですが、ご家族で来た人たち全員に規定枚数以上販売していて私の目の前で終了といわれました。 整理券の意味をおしえてください。最初から枚数確認して販売できないなら言ってください。 待っている時間があれば他の店に行けました。 配慮が足りなさすぎる。 整理券も配り始めるのも後から来た人が先になったりしていたし。とにかく朝から不快でした。
