For English speakers: This place has varied products and ingredients, so I rate it 5 stars. However, I suggest you to try other markets as well, like the Ichiba beside Keiyo D2 in Matsuo district, also in Seiyu (we usually go here since it's near us) in Kanae district. Sometimes the prices here in Valor are quite expensive compared to other markets, and vice versa.

質がよく手頃な価格で購買意欲をかきたてる品ぞろいが魅力です。ただし郊外出店が基本なのか飯田市の中心市街地から遠いのがとても残念。ぜひ中心市街地にも出店を。
