We needed a bike repair a few weeks ago on our cycling tour in Japan. Go to The Daiwa shop owned by the son — it’s across the street from his parents’ Daiwa shop. It’s on the left side of the street, if you are facing uphill. He was absolutely wonderful - very friendly, knowledable and he went out of his way to be helpful — and he saved our bicycle tour with his repair! (My crank was stripped so the pedal would not stay in; he had a Shimano Tiagra replacement laying around his shop (actually an upgrade from the one on my bike) and he replaced it for 8000, which I’m pretty certain was a great price for the part, and it included labor.) Also, we stopped in an Indian restaurant for lunch right after, and while we were eating, he printed out some information on the Jumbo Ferry from Sannomiya to Shodoshima (we had briefly discussed our tour plans while he was repairing my bike) and brought it over to give to us. We were very thankful — it was very helpful information! Would highly recommend this specific bicycle shop!!!

Toko sepeda yang cukup lengkap, ada sepeda anak, mamachari atau sepeda mama, juga sepeda sport. Penjual sangat baik dan siap membantu. Disini juga bisa servis, atau mengisi angin ban gratis. Harga untuk sepeda baru masih terjangkau. Lokasi tidak jauh dari stasiun ishibashi. Mudah terlihat dari jalan raya. Bisa membayar dengan uang tunai ataupun kartu. Disini juga menjual perlengkapan sepeda seperti keranjang atau boncengan sepeda untuk anak-anak.

側溝にカギを落として困ってたところ、スタッフの方が配達中にも関わらず車を止めて重たい側溝のふたを外し、泥だらけになってカギを取ってくれました。感謝の気持ちで記載させていただきます。本当にありがとう。

対応が最悪でした。 すぐ近くの自転車屋さんに修理を頼むと快く対応してくれたので次からそちらに持っていこうと思います。

20年前にこちらで通学用にシティサイクルを買った際、用意されるまでの間に２階に何が置いてあるのか見に行ったら、そのフロアにいた店員に「なんも無いで！」といきなり怒鳴りつけられた。今現在も1が多くその頃から何も変わっていないようで、典型的な学生が多いから成り立ってるだけの店です。これからも自転車を買う人には、この店だけは進めない。

何年か前にこちらでクロスバイクを購入しました。購入前の対応は親切でした。 が、購入後にドロヨケが壊れたので、相談に行ったら、すごく不親切。 せめてもの応急処置をお願いしたら、すごく雑にガムテープを貼られました。 もう二度といきません。
