Serene family friendly large park with a mix of playgrounds, large fields, and botanical gardens. Also a lovely pond and fountain with duck house to boot.

Japan is very rich in culture tradition and values. Whenever any mishappening occur they just not try to rectify it. They try to get a lession from it and make a memorial there so that forthcoming generations don't repeat same mistake again. This park is full of greenery and all necessary public amenities.
