Compare to Jrs and JNT, LBC is the worst. I just went there earlier today exactly 1:20 pm. I alloted my time since I'm very busy and spend 100 pesos for my fare. Then the person at the counter told me they are on lunch. And service will resume 2pm. The LBC person is just there sitting. I'm just there to pick a parcel and they did not process it. Considering I am a regular customer since I send and receive parcels almost everyday. I'm so disappointed. I was told to go back at exactly 2pm. Consider your customer's convenience. We understand the delay on your shipment. But this is unacceptable. Andun na nga ako at Yung tao na mag papaprocess kelangan pa ako pabalikin. Like the hell. Buti Sana if may indication dito sa website na may lunchbreak kayo Para di nagaaksaya NG oras at Pera mga client niyo na bumubuhay sa kumpanya niyo!!!!

can i ask wala ba kayong CARGO N-PACK LARGE para sa COP at kailangan na CARGO MEDIUM KILO BOX ang pag lagyan ng parcel..once na malaman ko na di kayo nag ooffer ng N-PACK LARGE COP kahit na available naman irereport ko kayo..kaya nga sa inyo nag padala para maka less ng shipping fee ganun din pala sana nag bus ship na lang para isang araw lang andito na yung parcel..
Very very slow service. Courier is too lazy to deluver ur items. Worst thing you cant find where is ur package to pick up kht nka mentioned ng nsa knila. 11days nagstay item ko sainyo. Express pa yan. Grabe nakakaputang ina nyo. To everyone, Guy there's more other courier who can deliver your items far quickly than LBC. Sayang lang pera nyo dto. I think i should complain this kind of service in the HEAD MAIN OFFICE sinisira nla image ng LBC. Ipiprint screen ko din mga negative feeds and complaints pra mkta ng LBC to. MagJRS nlng kau o ibang courrier. Mura na mabilis pa.
