Really great customer service and detailed knowledge of my condition. The staff here picked up on medication that I was using incorrectly and explained the right way to use it. Made a huge difference!

I got two 50ml hand sanitizers on Thursday. They charged me 4.99 each for a 50ml bottle of these hand sanitizers. While I'm grateful for getting 2 bottles I'm also feeling let down. I thought to myself it shouldn't be more than 2.50 each. Its hardly the time to make profit. It definitely is ok to make profit when there is demand for a certain product. But this is fleecing. You shouldn't be charging your customers or the community 3 times more than what it's worth. Pharmacists are well respected members of any community and I should insist that I've lost my respect for you guys. Help the community in time of need when they look up to you, not fleece them. Sorry to people that think I should be grateful for getting hold of 2 bottles when there is none wherever you go. While I appreciate their service to the local community I dont appreciate their profit making attitude at this juncture.

Very unprofessional staff. From reception to all the pharmacists working there. Very poor level of communication. They tell you to call the next day for an update and when you call next day, it is the different pharmacist working and they always blame each other for not leaving any information behind. They always seem to lose the prescription and find really hard to locate the prescription in their shelves and have made me wait 30 minutes on multiple occasions. When you drop the prescription and they tell you to come back later and you go back later and if they cannot find your prescription, they are very quick in saying, ahh you have already collected! Like seriously ? Same excuse every single time! No professionalism at all. I would not hire this staff to work anywhere let alone in the PHARMACY! Secondly they are too scared calling you surgery if there is any problem and make the patient call the surgery even if the matter can easily be resolved by the pharmacist giving a quick call to surgery. Seems like there are all interns with no enough confidence to even give Surgery a call. Just now they asked me to call them after 10 minutes and now they have disconnected their line! It can easily win the worst pharmacy in London award!
