What a bunch of clowns!(Asian guy and black guy on duty 31.03.18). I placed an order online after noon, shortly received an email saying that I was approved. I sent a message saying I will pop in later, in around 4 hours time. When I arrived, they were both clueless about pretty much everything, one of them was wearing the headphones and when he was asked things he made such a fuss (wow, sorry you’re being asked a question, but don’t forget you are at work!!!!!!!!) They told me that it does not matter that I got approved because they don’t look at it and approve anyone... frustrating thing being I traveled for ages, spent money on travel, arrived to find useless staff who did not have my medicine in stock. I could of been informed about this A) when I made a payment B) when I gave my ETA No apologies, blank faces, no medicine, money wasted, ridiculous suggestion to come back on Tuesday while its Saturday today. AWFUL.
