I saw David on the off-chance. Asked about optiond to do with my dry eye situation. A few days later I received a letter from him, listing the options available to me. Also offering to refer me to a consultant if appropriate. Really brilliant service. Thanks
Brilliant! We were on holiday and my grandson’s glasses broke. We popped In here and straight away they fixed a new arm on to the frame. Thank you!!

Thankyou so much for all your help today - we were holidaying in the area and my 7 year old son got something in his eye which we couldn’t shift. We took him to a&e in Barnstaple and waited 3 hours until he was seen, checked and sent away saying there was nothing there. Two days later and he was still unable to open his eye, so we googled a local optician hoping to get some advice/a second opinion. This optician was so friendly and kind and within minutes of an eye examination he found the foreign body and removed it from my sons eye. He also gave advice on our course of action. My little boy can now open his eye for the first time in 2 days which is such a relief - I cannot tell you how much we appreciate your help today. Thankyou
